As a reminder to all interested athletes and coaches for the 2011 Arnold Weightlifting Championships:
 
The Early Bird deadline will expire this weekend.  Please sign-up shortly, as the entries are filling up fast.  As in past years, we will create a wait list once we reach our threshold for the competition and will only grant entry to those who signed up first.
 
Keep in mind that the Awards will be determined according to Sinclair or Sinclair/Melzer Malone formula and sessions are divided up according to declared totals and bodyweight, not weight classes.

to experience what thousands of fans and athletes alike bring to the three- day weekend in March that rivals the Olympics in sheer size and scope.  Entries are open until Feb. 11, 2011. However, we may close early due to number of entries.
