We have started a youtube page! We're really excited about this. We're hoping to use the website as a way to show women weightlifting of many different sports and levels. Hopefully the work being performed in the videos is educational and entertaining. The majority of our videos will be filmed at Team Arizona's training facility: Performance One Advanced Sports Training in Mesa, Az
