Here you go.
Good Evening Everyone, I have been reading on blogs, FB comments, and news articles stating that his training style and methods are far from the norm and very unique. I researched online and cannot find much information him and LSU programming. Does anyone know what he does or exercises he implements into his design? Very curious in finding out some information. Thanks in advance. James

Thanks in advance. JamesThe best thing I can tell you is take about a week or even a few days and come visit us at LSUS and experience our training program first hand. Yes there have been workouts from our gym posted online but for the most part they change every training cycle slightly. Also one cannot fully understand how to do this training program just by reading the workout. Having Kyle walk you through it in person would be much better because i'm sure you would have many questions. We're always welcoming visitors and our workouts are posted on the board right when you walk inside so there aren't any hidden secret workouts.
Very interesting. Thanks for the insight Sean. Where are you guys based?
Sean,Couple of quick questions:How many times per week did you do the full lifts (SN, CJ) in the last 6-8 weeks leading up to the AO?About how many times (ballpark), in the 6-8 weeks leading up to the AO, did you SN and CJ loads at or above your openers in that meet? Thanks in advance, and congrats on a fine performance in that contest.
