Really looking forward to Jon North and Pat Mendes. I haven't heard of a webcast yet. It would be a real bummer not to have one this year.


i just saw pat mendes on oct. 31 at oktoberfest nomad  weightlifting meet hosted by leslie musser in long beach,ca . im not sure what the weights were at but i know his top set for snatch was NOWHERE near what he advertised on youtube ,it was around 175 i think.mabye he felt like he didnt have to as for his c&j s i left before i saw any of those attempts ,also looks like he put on some weight. looked a little overtrained imo


i suspect the bulgarian method invites a high amount of douchbaggery - me

Did anyone attend the Smalcerz lecture? If so, can you describe the drills he talked about or anything that you learned?
