megan mcbride 53kg snatch 57kg mess up 3x.mp4

practice today couldnt do 57kg/125 for some reason tryed like 5 times should have guess cuz rhomboids were sore and lats

Just from that last clip. There are a few things that I have noticed about your snatches:

Notice how you jump forward. And on unsucessful lifts you lose the bar in front because you are looping the bar. You may also find yourself walking forwards.
When you lose the bar behind, it is because the combination of the loop 'completing' and comming back towards you and you jumping forward.

There are a few things that I noticed that could be causing it:

-Your hips are a touch too low on the start
-You are pulling the bar fast from the ground. Try pulling slow until mid thigh, then jumping.
-Try keeping the bar closer, especially at the torso.
-You are also arm pulling the bar/bent arms. Stop that. It slows the bar down.

Your cleans aren't as bad. I think a lot of the issues are just because the weight is heavy. Perhaps put a clip up of your front squats?

Your jerk is the real issue, i think. It is just a little rough around the edges.

In terms of strength stuff, i think you will benfit greatly from overhead pressing.
