Thanks for the reply.  I will take today off, if I do anything I will keep it only presses, back, and core work.

So far the knee has been feeling much better this week.  I have done 2 workouts (6x4 and 6x2) and the front of the knee has felt good.  The quad still has a little pain but it is a much improvement.  I also took Chris' advice (sort of) and started just squatting in my tennis shoes because I don't have a second pair of WL shoes.  So far everything has been working out pretty well.  I am going to try to get some more video this saturday from different angle for analysis.

Here is the video of squatting today.  It felt a little sore today.  About midway through squats and after for about an hour it had a dull achy pain (different pain from what I had before).  I did 6x5 today and the video is of set 2-5.  The first 2 sets I am wearing tennis shoes the second 2 they are my lifting shoes.  I did half and half today.  I watched the video of set 4 and it looked like I was rotating my butt under so I took another video really trying to make sure I elminated or reduced it.

Does anyone have an input on form?  Also, still getting popping and a minor amount of pain in the quad medially above the patella.  Any ideas on why this is?

Please stop wearing tennis shoes. It may have been worthwhile for a short time if your lifting shoes are screwed up, but its not a permanent solution. Maybe switching back will help. If your lifting shoes are damaged at all, replace them.

Yah, I cannot lift in tennis or running shoes. too much play in the soles. I can see the weight shifting around in your shoes in your video. Very bad. I notice you are going to parallel, why not all the way down into a deep snatch position?

I don't think my lifting shoes are broken.  I wore them the final three sets.  I did the same today during my workout but I did not see Chris' post until right now.  So I will stop wearing tennis shoes.  Today when I wore them instead of the tennies I felt much more stable and better to lift.  So I will stick to my lifting shoes from now on.  The knee felt tight at the start but after heating for 5 minutes and running for 2 minutes then warming up with weights and the knee felt the best it has in a while especially since it was harder today with 6x6 with 250#.

It looked to me like I was getting under parallel especially on the later sets.  However, that is the lowest I can get when I bring my feet out wider as they were for this workout.  Be it flexibility issues or what but that is bottom for me.  It is very hard for me to stop at parallel because I am so used to getting as low as I can (the bottom) that I don't know were to stop it otherwise.  My sets for snatch have always seemed higher also (I thought it was because I had longer legs that my butt doesn't get lower to the ground.  I can get video of my depth where I used to keep my feet before I tried bringing them out to see if I get lower if you all want?

Here is an old video from 09 of snatches with my depth.  Please let me know if you think it is similar in depth.

I think you really need good professional help to get things loosened up. Chiropractors or massage therapists who really know how to work soft tissue will have you fixed up in no time. It might be $80/hr for the first session, but after that you should be able to do $40-50 for half hour sessions. It will be worth the money. A real pro will fix things in minutes that could take you a year to figure out.

That I don't know if I can do.  My money situation is really bad right now.  I don't have any to spare.  I am actually cutting back on a lot of stuff..  If I could I would do as you suggest but right now I can't.
