I notice my pulling and jerking power is correlated to my b squats and my front squats help with my cleans. Take either one out of my routine and I notice a difference somewhere in my O lifts. You definately need the b squats for that beastly strength and they keep your legs in good shape for the constant O lifts. F squats definitely help with my clean technique. Flexibility and positioning for catching the clean, and that core strength!
