USAW Certification course, Bethesda

Is anyone attending the upcoming USAW Certification in Bethesda, MD? http://www.crossfitbethesda.com/?page_id=2126
I will be attending and am interested in hearing about what I may expect. If anyone has a USAW cert and can offer any words on what to expect that would be great. Thanks!
