Back/Shoulders at the Highschool
BB work so i wont put it up
Little bit of a sick of my gym rant: Some fatfck literally jumped into me when i walked by the heavy bag to get a drink, instead of doing the right thing and putting his punkass in its place i just walked away. His beat Gf walks over and gets in my face, tells me that i don't look tough or big when i walk(?).
I dont think I'm all that big or tough but seriously whats with all the mean mugging and flexing? Honestly does the fact that someones serious at the gym really make people so insecure they have to start ****? And if your that insecure of your inadequacies why even go to the gym?
I know i wasn't that much of a punk the first time i went to the gym.

This may relate to older posts and I know I moralize a bit but just
imagine this: Just add 2.5 kg/month to your lifts and figure out
where that will bring you in 4 years. I remember how it itched to
go back into the gym when I was 17. Now I am lucky to be almost
38, when you are 38 4 years is not forever. When I was 17 4 years
was forever.

About the "ff": Are there surveillance cams in the gym where you are training?
Maybe you should check with the gym managers if you, the gym managers
and the "ff" could see it from the cam perspective, in case there is one.
I am not going to bitch about "ff"-s watching cams in real time.

I checked the last gym session you had and tried to figure
how long it would take before I could repeat the same.
I quickly realized that it was no use, what you did is very
far into the future for me (if i will ever get to try it).
Then I thought about how long it would take before I
could get the amount of weight up.
I thought
4x10 on the CJ (power jerk)
4x10 on the front squats
3x10 on the CP
3x10 on the Clean Dead
abs
and I will get it up next year.
I know that would not be for you since I guess you are
into competitive olympic lifting, but it sure would get
the heart thumping and burn some fat.

Thanks
Although i am in no way, shape or form someone to really give advice i would say that...
1. For my weight/height my numbers are extremely unremarkable
2. Its really no use comparing your self to others, we have a lifter whos my age at my gym who does 130/150+ at 10kilos lighter than me. If i ever really compared my self to him i would probably just quit. Just go smash weights and don't worry about what other lifters are putting up.
3. sets of 10 are definitely cardio and would be rather dangerous to do in the oly lifts
