So alittle bit of an explanation for the lack of actual programing.... I currently have access to a platform on saturdays and if im lucky maybe one other random day a week, this coupled with the fact that im still a bit rusty on the full lifts from my break makes it (in my mind atleast) seam unnecessary for the time being.
full lift,squat,pull feels like its working for the time being
Starting on Sept 11 ill have access to my school gym mon-fri and FDU on Sat, So just one more week of making it up as i go for me.

One of the other coaches at the gym said I'm slow as **** on the CJ, love the criticism but would have have liked some advice on how to fix it more.....

Don't know who the coach is, but ask them and see what they have to say.
Without seeing the lifts I can't really say anything specific, but in general move faster from force of will.

Snatch feels golden, Trying out some drills from Glenn Pendlays site, the mans a life saver
Cl are good, My squat sucks and Split Jerks kill my busted shoulders(power jerk hurts less)
