Topic: Appendix on Ivan Abadjiev

Please forgive me for my ignorance (I am new to this site/forum)
I have just been reading a great article 'Ivan Abadjeiv + the Bulgarian Weightlifting system' and it references an Appendix on how to apply this (that I cannot find). Being new to this site and its navigation, would some kind person please direct me to this.

I see what you mean - the article does mention an appendix a few times but I do not see one.

Here is the author's personal web site, which contains a very similar article with what looks like what he intended as the appendix. Also a couple other articles about training.
