I saw

 this on youtube and I am just floored.  Kendrick is making great progress!  This should put him in some elite company!

very impressive! only 7kgs off of the current WR, hes probably 1-3kgs over-weight, but hes still got over 2 years until the Olympics!

i wonder how his snatch is progressing

That is an awesome lift. Just stating the obvious!
It's the best argument I've ever seen for doing large volumes of strength training of up to as high as 10 reps/set.

i'll play the role of captain obvious..............that's amazing!! I've seen the occasional squat jerk, but that's something else!!!

The clean was fast as lightning too!!!
