Well done John, Pat and yourself have put in the hours that no-one else has. People keep commenting on Pat's technique being good and how strong he is, but they seem to forget the fact that he has done countless thousands of reps to attain both the strength and the technique. I am very happy for you guys and the club in general.

Yah, If I was Pat, I would be entering as many comps as possible and trying to get funding. Did he apply for a scholarship to Lindenwood University? I hear they are giving weightlifting scholarships now, something to look into.

the guy lifts 2-3 times EVERY day and as far as i know, doesn't work or go to school, i believe he is 100% supported by his family.  If his family is wealthy enough to pay for everything they why would be want to go to university where he would have to keep grades up and spend more of his time NOT lifting and NOT recovering.

As far as getting funding, the were-abouts system is pretty ****ty.

So if his family can support him with little trouble then that is what has been working so far...
