An interview with Tom Bruijnen
« on: Apr 14, 2010, 06:17 AM »
I just came back from a 5 day training camp and here is link to both my accounts of the camp and also the first part of an interview I had with Tom:

Some of you may be interested in his approach to weightlifting and training in general.

I like his concept of movement but, he feels more like a strength and conditioning coach rather than a weightlifting coach.

Kind of quiet too.

Glad you liked it Eric. I geared the interview more towards the S&C side for a change as I thought people might be interested in that kind of think also. He spoke quietly, so sorry about the sound!

Well, that explains it. Love your blog dude. I hope to see Irish weightlifting at the international level just as I want to see America come into their own.

Keep up the lifting Barry and I will do the same. ):wlfter
