Gonna get me and my daughters some black singlets.  My eldest daughter (12) has sprouted and she's very thin now, and almost as tall as me (which isn't saying much).  My youngest (9) is my body double and was made to lift stuff.  I soooooo hope she gets into WL.  Sooooo hope.  But I will not pressure either of them on anything.  Life's too short.  Right now, the eldest is loving softball.
