Mihail:  you seem to be pulling only with your arms.  Also I can't see if you are pulling the bar close to your body.   Maybe take the video at an side angle.  You seem to have a decent pull even if you use your arms too much.  I think that with a little more practice you will do OK.

In addition, you are catching the bar on your toes, this is causing the difficulty in standing up with the snatch as the bar is not over your center of gravity (mid foot), noticed by you walking forward during the recovery and the misses.

Shaun, I went to the gym tonight to try some snatches and overhead squats and after some warm up I did few sets of OHS with 50 kilos. When I hit right position I easily recover but I lose my balance most of the time actually. So I went back to 40 kilos and doing a few sets of 1 full snatch from hang position followed by 3-4 overhead squats.

Keith, good observation on your part, because every single time I lose my balance (which is quite so often) it is forwards as you said,...funny thing - I never came to think about it actually. I never lost it backwards or to the side, interesting thought.

Owen, yes by the time this video was taken I power snatched 75 kilos, but I want to learn proper form of full Oly lifts, so I hope it won't take long before  full snatch is ahead of my power snatch

Thanks guys for your comments

I"m a rookie, like yourself....so what i have to say carry's very little weight.

When the bar is above your head (in the final stage of the snatch) as well as the OHS, where is the bar, right above your ears, a few inches behind or in front ? this would effect your balance as well as mobility.

Fella's i noticed you didn't comment on his foot work. What do you think?

I think the bar should be behind the ears, or when viewed from the side and projected down it should be close to the center of the foot.

I thought it was a good lift.
