I think that Shaun is correct about the arms should be behind the ears , after all doing the squat jerk is much more precarious in your balance than splitting . If you are balanced too much forward or to the back on your feet , well good luck and do a little dancing on the platform -- so to speak !

I have difficulty to check where the bar is positioned in OHS because for me it is still quite uncomfortable position. I'll try to press the bar more backwards (and see what happens).
Also I got the comment that I look down into the floor which also makes it more difficult to recover. Quite challenge to fix that too
Shaun, I heard the comment that he got reds because he dropped the weight too early (after completing the lift)

Yes I did think the dropping the bar too early was the only possible reason for the lift being declined
