I'm about 2 kg too heavy for a meet this weekend and I remembered an article that Jim Hooper wrote for this web site in the articles section on the home page called "Making Weight For High Performance". If you have to make weight sometime soon, or want to read something interesting, check it out.

Good luck! After your competition can you post how your weight loss went?
I weighed 65kg today and I am trying to compete in the 62kg class at masters nationals April 11. So I am interested in what others have done to make their desired weight classes.
