So because of my wrist injury I'm doing a ton of snatches with a whole 2lbs! But it does help me see where my technique is off, especially when I try to catch the double knee bend. Anyone have any training videos for slow motion PVC work?

Nah, sorry. I don't. What I might start doing, is doing some actual video's with a broom handle that my gym has. Before I got into oly lifting i wasn't sure what to do with them. Now, their awesome!!
