I was priviledged to take the USAW Sr. Level course this summer with Fred. He is humble, quiet and soft spoken, but you end up hanging on every word when he talks. He is an amazing man!

Scary thing is that he looks like he is stronger and in better shape than a typical 40 year old and even better than a lot of 30's and 20-somethings you see around these days. Research is starting to show that age-related muscle loss is mostly a life-style choice up until 72 or so.
