Aussie.......
I can relate to the bench questions, however I'm at the stage where I could care less... my gym has 4 benchpresses side by side and those same 150kg benchers look in awe of me squatting raw outside a rack with no belt. Get in your own lane and excellerate, focus on getting stronger with your weightlifts your still young you have so much potential.
Yes Canada is similar to Australia in some regards, were both in the Commenwealth. I've personally just found the Queensland training program the most sound for me, not being extremely experianced in the sport. Australian weightlifting program has been my staple along with following their lifters specifically Damon Kelly and Ben Turner.
