John: I was wondering about one-handing in my original post because of potential imbalances so it may not be worth doing, or doing only light and limited work to keep in some type of form.
Judas: I'm planning on talking to the orthopedist on Monday about using cables with the leg strap on my forearm so I can at least try to keep my arm, should and lats moving.
