Something amazing happened

As I posted recently, I was troubled by some minor wrist pain after doing cleans. Last night it finally struck me that I missed something very amazing. I just came back into lifting after a couple years of from a shoulder issue and have been lifting for nearly 6 months. Ever since I started up again I was nagged by a pain in my left forearm that just wouldn't go away no matter what I did. I stretched, used a foam roller, massage, etc but it was always there especially when I did my pull ups and bent over rowing.
Last night while I was loosening up my wrists I realized that my forearm pain was gone!
Has anyone else found that an exercise helped them with pain or injury like this? I still find it hard to believe but I think it was that the stretch that aggravated my wrists finally stretched my forearm out enough to get rid of the adhesion that was likely the cause of my pain. In any event I am VERY happy about this since it was a real issue with my daily routine for the last half year.

yes! The human body is meant to adapt. As long as the stimulus is provided, it will adapt and overcome.
I would recommend that you make this "pre training" "stuff" you are doing part of regular protocol you follow with each session, so your body continues to adapt.
All the best,
Arden
