Thanks Mike, sounds good. I guess I really have no idea what my 1RM of C&J should be right now so I'll need to work on that! Just curious about front squat compared to C&J: I can do 205 on deep front squat, should this be a good indication of how much I should be able to clean if I had proper technique?
