Arden, I concur with Sjaak. You are also correct that you are on the toes too much and far too early. You have a little hitch in your pull, is another way to say it. You are stopping your acceleration for a moment near the top in the mistaken idea that will help you achieve a bigger acceleration when you resume pulling. Instead, you need to pull through that area of the lower thigh trying nothing but to accelerate the bar.
