what do you guys think? 110 clean and jerk

This is my 110 clean and jerk very routine for me this is not a hard weight. I just wanted to use this video for kinovea purposes. Just want some feed back from some people on the lift more so my jerk. Thanks



My bests are also 110 snatch and 140 clean not yet jerk

Ok I see it now, it was not even on my screen using Google Chrome browser
Formatting issue with the forum software

Great clean, Quinn, feet don't move very aggressively in the jerk its soft, if you are looking for some criticism
