lifting journal

Hello to everyone, i've decided to start a log on here, hoping to learn as much as possible.

I'm 5ft5/165cm
180lbs/80kg
32yo

I've been lifting since september 2006.

My best lifts are:

125k c&j
92k snatch
155k ftsqt
185k sqt
205 deadlift

My goals for 2010 are as follow

300lbs c&j
100k snatch

Then less important to me would be

220k+ deadlift
160k ftsqt
200k back sqt
110k pp



At this moment i'm traing for a 130k c&j and new deadlift pb by the end of january.

First training session will be logged soon.
