Pat is delivering his power at the hip boost.

This 220 makes him look good for 400k,

even 900 lbs right away!!

That looked really strong and fast!  Nice lift Pat!

Looked like he was about to jerk the weight, I wonder what happened.

I believe Pat is only 19!  I hope he starts entering national and international meets soon and gets some platform experience on the big stage.  It is one thing to do the lift in your normal gym.  It is different to perform the lift in a large arena with hundreds to thousands watching you lift.  He has a good coach who is hopefully preparing that mental side of the iron game also.

Broz, is there any chance of being able to see this vid?  I spoke with Gary Deal today at workout and he mentioned posting here to ask.  I must have missed the open time it was up, and now it is showing the vid as private.  I would really like to see this as I'm very interested in seeing these young kids make significant progress and possibly medal soon!! :)thumbsup
