I am a former bodybuilder/powerlifter looking for a good novice oly weightlifting program. I am working on finding a coach and cannot find anything through google. Any help would be appreciated.

Once you find a coach things will go to the coach but, I usually like to integrate a few key movements
Back Squat
Front Squat
Overhead Squat
Push Press/Jerk
Snatch Balance
Snatch High Pull
Technique is pivotal but, those base movements will create some awesome carry over when you start to perform the full lifts.
