Thanks for the videos Frank. The Cuban lifter is blindingly fast, but the Russian's technique is, for me, perfect. I love the way many of the Russian lifters lift with such technical accuracy. Konstantinov and Klokov are my current Russian fvourites and Konstantinov in particular lifts very like Syrtsov in this video.
