Thanks guys...I actually have another video for you. I just had my last day of Tim Swords' squat program yesterday. It was max back squat. I hit 152.5kg! That is also a 12.5kg increase from my previous best. I might have been able to get 1-2kg more, seeing as how I had trained pretty heavy the day before and a few hours before maxing out as well.

My knee has been hurting the last week and a half and my form is all over because of it. I don't think the American Open is in my sights anymore
I'm going to switch my sights for the Arnold in March. Much more time to prepare and take my progress a little slower/smarter than what I have been doing.
