I had a great time at this yr's (see my Training log account), and here's the pic the local news liked:

Really cool to get the Down signal and thumb-up approval of a guy who represents greatness so well -- Norik Vardanian, plus all the other residents, notables, and champs helping run the meet.

The most prominent lifter to compete was '09 Super champ Sarah Robles, not peaking for a meet, but rather awesome nonetheless.

And the medals are REALLY cool, so BE THERE next year!!
