Twice a day workouts
«

So I recently got my hours cut at work substantially and was debating lifting twice a day 2 days a week since all I do is sit around all day with nothing to do. What are your all thoughts on extra workouts per day?

Mostly it depends on how much you've achieved with your prior schedule of training and ability to recover from increased volume. If your still seeing good results or even small improvements I wouldn't jump into it just yet.

If you just split your current workload, you will be fine. If you are adding 2 workouts on top of what you are normally doing, it could be a problem.
