Personally I like weighted pull ups (gripping a towel) and incline presses for upper body strength.
For conditioning I occasionally do some complexes with 70% for example 3 power clean + 3 front squat + 3 Power Jerk, or 3 power snatch + 3 drop Snatch.
Also I walk for 30 minutes at a brisk pace most days.
I train Judo 3 times per week also.
