wat is the difference  between core shorts (pro ) and core shorts (lite) in the w/l exchange e-store

Jack,

The pro's are thicker and provide more support. WE recommend them for squatting and pulling. We recommend the lite's for the lifts.

Jack and Dane,

I would recommend the Core Shorts Geriatric.  They will help you stand up straight and have a convenient absorbent lining for those little accidents the old farts get when they lift too heavy!

If you get them, send me a review.  I will need them in about 5 years! :)rotf
