The best way to access big bucks is to
start a war w/ the US
but there are some possible downsides...

Hello Bakoev. One of the Masters lifters from Montreal Canada told me he didn't have much money to go to the World Masters Championships so he put a large bottle on the counter of the gym where he trains. Next to this big piggybank he put a sign up saying that he was training for the World Masters Championships and that he would be glad of any donations the members could give him. This hugh bottle was almost filled with the loose change that all the members of the gym donated to help him go to the Worlds. I would suggest you get your friend to put a big empty bottle in a public place like a gym and cut an opening in the cover so the people can drop money in. Most people try to help out when they can. Good luck. Oh yes Bakoev; your friend is lucky to have you for a friend because you are trying to help him out. All my best wishes to the both of you.
