FCU/wrist tedinitis

Woo-hoo! new PR on the clean and jerk!
BUT...
...I hurt my wrist doing it :(
It is the FCU tendon:
Have any of you guys had this?
The culprit is the front squat part of the clean. Somtimes after the pull, and I end up catching the bar too far down on the delts towards the elbows instead of nice and deep and high on the delts towards the neck.
As a result my wrists get bent back way too far, and i end up in the position where my elbows in the rack are very close together.
How do I prevent this!?!?!?!
many thanks
