IN SERCH OF A WEB ARTICLE ON RUSSIAN WL COACHES.

Some times ago I've red an article on the web where there was a general overview of what USSR weightlifting coach thought about ideal training style in terms of reps, sets and load.

It was not very technical but only a generl overview.
Now I need it for a research and i cant find it no more. Anyone can help??????

Sorry for my poor english>

i mean an overview of what USSR coaches in say in the history. Not a single coach but all the head coaches from '50s to about '80s.

The best advice I have is to look at the Russian Weightlifting libraries through EliteFTS or sportivity press. They have, as far as I know, the only Russian weightlifting literature out there short of going to Russia to find it.
