Learning about Beta Blockers.Are they banned for Lifting? Where 2 find a list??

Does anyone know where I can find a list on banned substances for Olympic Lifting? Are Beta Blockers banned in Olympic Weightlifting? What about herbs (natural stuff) in helping you relax from anxiety, stress, etc??  I want to know and learn better on what stuff is allowed and not allowed.
