Hi Dean. I have just been fixed from a problem just like yours which started in Nov 2007! I wasted a fortune on physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, orthopedic surgeon - you name it i tried it. Except A.R.T that is. I located an ART therapist a 3hrs drive from my house. And he fixed me. He discovered the same as all the other therapists ie quad atrophy, mal-tracking patella etc. But the diffrerence was he had the tools to actually fix me. He actually fixed an old ankle dorsiflexion problem i had in the first session. Also if you have any dodgy cartilage, dont use knee bands. I wish you all the best as i know what you are going through.
