So, pretty much, youtube.com is an amazing resource for weightlifting videos. I'd like to inform you guys that I have a youtube account. I have some training and competition videos of us lifters here at NMU up on my page. I also have some videos from the American Open this year. There are still many from the AO I havent uploaded yet. I am recording a lot of my training this week because I feel like it ,and so my family can see how and what I am doing. Feel free to visit my page and leave comments or technical criticisms.
