I used mine this Saturday. It made all the difference. No one could tell what so ever. And, I don't see what the difference is between using a belt, wraps/sleeves and etc.
Guys, if anyone else tries them please keep us posted. My training partners bought their today, so I will keep us posted.

Bought the pro and the rehab model today. I have some pretty serious glute/hip pain at the moment pretty much only in the deep positions and when sitting. I have also had periodic boughts of ITB issues. Hopefully this will help out.

Brooke, you will not be dissapointed. I have been researching those shorts more and more and it seems no one is dissapointed.
also, have you tried foam rolling for your IT bands before and after workouts. The key is consistency.
Once you develop the habit you will love doing it too.

I have foam rolled before and have seen results at times and not at others. Consistency may be needed.
Right now I hope the shorts literally help with this pain in the a$$. Pain when getting up from sitting for a period of time right near where the femur and pelvis meet. Possibly piriformis.........

The best solution is to combine all 3 legitimate approaches- foam roll, Coreshorts, and massage. Of course, massage has to be budgeted. Try consistent use of foam rolling and the Coreshorts first.

Guys, the coreshorts are great. That is three workouts so far and my rigth groin and left IT have not felt better during and after workouts. I still foam roall, but the foam roller has kept me just under the radar from injury.
If anyone else tries, keep us posted.

Ross, I used mine on Sat. at the competition. No one said anything. In addition, you can't tell.

Thanks for the info on that guys. I was thinking about buying a pair. I have patella tendonitis in my right knee. I think it is because of IT band tighness that I always struggle with. For the last couple of years I have been foam rolling the IT band. When I am consistantly foam rolling my knee feels better. When I get inconsistant the pain comes back. I have been thinking that maybe the shorts will help me out along with foam rolling. Plus, I wanted to know about the "legalities" so I would not become dependent on something I can not use in competition.
Thanks,
Ross
