Thank you for this idea. I will definitely try to make this as my training/gains have stalled the past few weeks. I'm looking to switch things up and would appreciate the wealth of knowledge that exists here. See you Sunday.

5pm est is 10pm for me so i don't think that I'll be able to join in
I've got a heavy session tomorrow so i need to get to bed early- training hard for the european youth champinships in september.
