Want to meet in our chat room for an open discussion of training methods and programming? Any interest? Maybe in a week or something?

I would be interested. Maybe sometime at the end of this week or on the weekend. I have some schoolwork to take care of beforehand.

I wouldn't mind lurking... all I would have to say is lift bar, rest, repeat - the sum of my knowledge in the area!

I think it would be great if there were set times to discuss the topics.  That way we could plan for it and such.

The folk on here are very ethusastic about the sport.  But most of us have other commitments.  Having something we could calender and set up ahead of time would be great which would encourage maximal participation.

Just thinking out loud.

All the best,
 Arden

Well, maybe we could make it a monthly meet-up or something. Obviously, weekends are going to be best for most people. We can put it on our calendar. Whats the best day and time you think? Saturday afternoon? Sunday afternoon? My idea was not for me or anyone "in charge" to prepare topics to discuss but to just let people with questions and ideas spit them out for discussion.

I love this idea. There is a lot of knowledge out there to be obtained and I look forward to learning as much as I can.

I say Sunday afternoon.  I have a feeling most people train on Saturday.
