Great job on a PR! I am glad I might have provided some inspiration, but you still did the work! Weights don't lift themselves.

Thanks, guys!!! It felt really good. It was a 3 yr old PR, and I broke it with relative ease. I sense 150 or more coming very soon.
Sunday, 3-29-09
Snatch
40 x 3
50 x 3
60 x 2
70 x 1
75 x 1
80 x 1
85 x 1
90 x 0/1 x 2 I really felt the hips and legs give up on me with 90 today.
Clean & Jerk
50 x 2
70 x 2
80 x 1
90 x 1
97.5 x 1
102.5 x 1
107.5 x 0.5/1 only got the clean, jerk was not there today, again legs and hips tired
Snatch Pulls
70 x 3
90 x 3
100 x 3 x 4 these actually felt pretty good, but hard
chins (palms away) BW x 8, 6 pretty easy
Now it's time to begin train down!!! Next Sunday at 2 pm.

Thanks, Matt!!
Wednesday, 4-1-09
Snatch
40 x 3 (2 power, 1 full)
50 x 2 (1 power, 1 full)
60 x 2 (1 power, 1 full)
70 x 1
75 x 1 x 2/3 missed first one being lazy and not finishing, came back and made 2 easy
Clean & Jerk
50 x 2
60 x 2
70 x 2
80 x 1
90 x 1
95 x 1 all of these were pretty easy today
Back Squat
50 x 3
70 x 3
90 x 3
110 x 2
122.5 x 1 a little tough, but probably because I was speeding through the workout today
All in all, a good workout and last moderately heavy session until Sunday. I would not have gone this heavy if I was lifting on Sat, but since it is Sunday, I feel good to have 2 rest days and a light power workout on Sat morn. Wish me luck!!!
