Jerk from Boxes
50 x 3
70 x 3
85 x 2
100 x 1
110 x 1
117.5 x 1
122 x 1 +2 kg PR!!! was a little wobbly overhead (maybe not legal in a meet, but it's training!!)
125 x 0/1 good attempt, but had doubts when going under the weight
Back Squat
50 x 5
70 x 5
90 x 5
110 x 5 x 3 sets not too tough, but out of breath afterwards
Snatch Pulls (try and stay on heels)
60 x 3
80 x 3
90 x 3 x 3
Overall, a good workout, more than I normally do because I'm off for Spring Break.
