OWEN, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE PAN AMS, BUT IT WILL DEPEND ON MY YOUNGEST SON AND WIFES HEALTH AT THE TIME, I VERY MUCH WANT TO MAKE AMERICAN MASTERS IN NOV, GARY

Thanks so much for the advice Gary! It was inspiring for me to see you lift last year as I remember as a kid reading about you in Strength and Health! I am in year two now and am lifting at 105, my bodyweight is right at 100 kgs., in fact I used to lift in that class. I train three days a week and am trying hard now to get stronger and funny enough I do drink whey protein, with a banana, and chocolate milk, lol. I am going to NYC for the Masters Nationals, my first, and am hoping to keep improving. I will also be heading to Savannah hopefully next November so i will be sure to introduce myself and say hello!

SUNDAY WORKOUT, NOT WHAT I WANTED, BUT OKAY. SQUAT NOT POWER CLEANS, 40-5-2, 50-5-2, 60-3 -1, 70-3 - 1, 87.5-3-1, 107.5 - 3 - 1, 115- 1 MISS, 115-1 EASY MAKE.
122.5 FOUR MISSES, SNATCH GRIP DEAD LIFT PULLS FROM FLOOR WITH STRAPS. 70-3-1 80-3-1, 90-3-1, 100-3-1, 110-3-1, 120-3-1, 130-3-1, 140-3-1, 150-3-1.

THURSDAY WORKOUT {4/22} AFTER SOME PULLING ADJUSTMENTS THANKS TO MASTER LIFTER KEITH MILLER, I DID SQUAT CLEANS KEEPING THE BAR IN CLOSE AND NOT LETTING IT FLOAT OUT FRONT AND GO TO THE ARMS, 40-3-1, 50-3-1 70-3-1, 87.5-3 - 1, 100-3-1, 110-3-1, 112.5-3-1, NO STRAPS, FIRST AND THIRD REP FROM FLOOR SECOND FROM HANG, BQ 70-10-1, 90-10-1, 115-5-1, 125-5-1, 140-10-1, PUSH JERKS UP TO 105, DID NOT GO WELL MAY HAVE LOST MY PUNCH FROM DUMBELL PRESSES AND INCLINES TUESDAY.
