Training Programs
« on: Feb 23, 2009, 01:51 PM »
On the website there is a tools bar which states "Training".   I have been reading the training program which by Chris LeRoux.  Thanks for putting this informantion on the website for members to read and study Chris.  Could you clarify one issue.   When you state "127.5X1-1  127.5X1-1" does this mean the athlete did 10 sets of 127kg 2 reps per set with a break between each rep?

5/14-5/18
Monday
Snatch
102.5X2  107.5X2  112.5X2  117.5X1  122.5X1  127.5X1-1  127.5X1-1  127.5X1-1  100X1
Snatch Pulls
130X3  130X3  130X3  130X3  130X3
Abs

Thanks for the clarification

127.5x1-1 means they tried 127.5 one time and missed it one time.
