On the website there is a tools bar which states "Training". I have been reading the training program which by Chris LeRoux. Thanks for putting this informantion on the website for members to read and study Chris. Could you clarify one issue. When you state "127.5X1-1 127.5X1-1" does this mean the athlete did 10 sets of 127kg 2 reps per set with a break between each rep?

127.5x1-1 means they tried 127.5 one time and missed it one time.
