Patrick Judge actually did a bit better than that - 9th
Just watched the final lift of the Korean super - cannot believe that the center referee gave a red light on his lift. It appears that majority of what referees do in a contest like this is make judgments on whether or not a lift was a pressout, and that lift was not pressed. There needs to be some reform here. If we take away that pressout rule, what would a referee do then? It would be the easiest officiating job in all sports, if it isn't already.

What a duel -- there's been a few these champs!!
It's good to see Korea get such sweet victories
as host of such a great competition.
I think the judges could still have a role
that would preserve sensible standards,
but be more about resolving ties
than presuming to make decisions like they do now.
