Warmup- yoga/jump rope/stretching
C&J- 185x5x1, 195x5x1, 200x5x1, 205x1, 210x1, 215x1, 220x1, 225x1
Squat- 240x3, 275x3, 310x10
RCSU- +10x2x10
Note:
The C&J were done in Joe Mills style and the Squats were done Wendlers 5/3/1 style. This workout milked me good since I haven't done much in several weeks. On the squats I was probably 3-5 reps away from failure and this is what I wanted tonight since I am going to be working with the coach Saturday and I want to be somewhat fresh. Still, was a tough session for me.

Hey, Jeff-
I don't know if monitoring this at all, but I was curious how the combination of Wendler's 5-3-1 and Mills 20/20 workouts worked for you? Did you continue this for any period of time? I'd be curious to know what your workouts ended up looking like, and what you thought of it.
Best,
mpc
